Richard
Carson
Rich is the President of Webb
Insurance. He has twenty years of
experience in employee benefits. He is a
former Human Resource Executive with Round
Hill Foods and The Sheridan Group where he
attained his SPHR certification. He is the
former Executive Director of Hanover
Advantage, a physician hospital
organization.
Rich has been solving health insurance
and benefit issues for employers with two
employees to 1,800 employees. Creative
financing of benefits is his special
niche. He uses Health Savings Accounts,
Health Reimbursement Accounts, Flexible
Spending Accounts, Medical Expense
Reimbursement Programs, Minimum Premium
Plans, and Partial Self-Funding plans to
save employers money.
Rich is an active volunteer with the
Eichelberger Performing Arts Center,
American Red Cross, and Boy Scouts of
America. |

Rich
Brookes
Rich is an Account Executive with Webb
Insurance and has over 13 years experience
in the health insurance and employee
benefits industry. During his career he
has held various positions such as a
Senior Claims Analyst for Keystone Health
Plan Central, Inc., Account Executive and
Senior Account Executive for Mid Atlantic
Medical Services, Inc., and Senior Account
Executive for Health Central, Inc.. He
also held a key management position with
the County Commissioners Association of PA
where he was responsible for developing,
marketing and managing statewide employee
benefit programs for over 67,000
employees.
Additionally, Rich has graduated and
assisted in teaching the Dale Carnegie
Sales Advantage Course as well as received
an Associate Degree in Business Management
from the Art Institute of Atlanta. He
understands the value of alternative
funding for employers looking to reduce
premium cost without decreasing benefits.

Mollie N.
Crocker
As a Registered Representative, Mollie
received her B.A. from Randolph-Macon
Women's College. She has over 20
years of experience in the financial
industry and has provided advice to a
diverse base of clients. Mollie is
also a registered insurance agent in Life
and Health in Maryland, among other
states.
Mollie's business philosophy consists
of using a disciplined and structured
approach to incorporating term planning to
help clients reach their financial
goals. She believes that each person
has a unique set of circumstances, and
thus a comprehensive plan should be an
integral part of the investment
process. Mollie provides planning in
areas of education, retirement, survivor
protection, estate, tax and asset
allocation and investment analysis.
She is devoted to building successful,
long-lasting client relationships that are
based on mutual respect and trust.

Karen
Ferguson
Karen received her B.A. from Western
Maryland College (now McDaniel College) in
1993 and a M.A. in Organizational
Management from the University of Phoenix
in 2001. She has over 15 years of
Human Resources and Project Management
experience, and in the last three years,
has focused on Employee Benefits Advising,
specializing in voluntary benefits.
Karen holds a Life and Health
license in Pennsylvania, Maryland,
Delaware, Virginia, and the District of
Columbia, and focuses her attention on
building lasting relationships with
clients and customer service.
Karen can appreciate the needs of HR
professionals and business owners as they
work to build a benefits program and offer
a comprehensive compensation
package. She works closely with
clients to identify their goals, providing
many options, suggestions, and solutions
to ensure a win-win situation for both the
business and the employees.

Charles
Hammond, CMFC
Chuck received a B.A. from Western
Maryland College (now McDaniel College) in
1993 and currently is an investment
advisor representative of Sigma Planning
Corporation, a registered investment
advisor. He holds the Series 7, 63,
and 65 licenses, as well as Life and
Health insurance licenses, and has earned
his CMFC (Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor)
designation from the College of Financial
Planning.
Chuck works with the participants in
the retirement plans and builds and
monitors portfolios for individual and
corporate clients at the Richardson
Retirement Group.

Beth
McCormick
Beth holds the position of Manager, Client Services and is a fully licensed Life &
Health producer.
Beth has over 20 years experience
within the insurance and employee benefits
arena. She has developed effective working
relations with all our carriers. With her
knowledge, experience and contacts, she is
able to solve problems for our clients.
Beth also assists our other producers
through the installation
process to most effectively meet our
valued client's needs. Her constant goal
is maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Beth is a graduate of South Western
High School. She is actively
involved with Grace United Methodist
Church. She lives in the area with her husband Chet and daughter Jessie.

Richardson, CRPS
A Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist,
Chris received a BBA from Roanoke College
in 1987. He holds the Series 7, 63,
and 65 licenses and is an investment
advisor representative of Sigma Planning
Corporation, a registered investment
advisor. Chris also holds a Life and
Health license.
A fourth generation financial
professional, Chris understands the
process of ensuring financial success for
businesses and individuals and brings
years of practical experience and
knowledge to his clients.

Valerie
Riley
Val's role at Webb Insurance includes
answering the telephone, accounts
receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and
helping out where needed. She has 12 years
experience in bookkeeping and general
office duties.
Val is a graduate of Littlestown High
School and Yorktowne Business Institute.
She has two great children. Because of
her part-time schedule, she has the
opportunity to volunteer in her children's
classrooms in the South Western School
District. Val is also actively involved at
St. David's Lutheran Church.

"Bob" Webb
Bob founded Webb Insurance in 1959 and
continues to work hard as an Account
Executive. His many years of industry
